If you are wishing to attend the Primary Care Connect classes of Men's Circuit Training, Resistance Training, Chair Yoga, Individual Program Training, Circuit Training, Active Hearts, or Chair Pilates, please call Primary Care Connect on 5823 3200 and ask for Klarindah to book your place in the class.

Have you ever wanted to learn sign language / Auslan? The Deaf Hub is providing classes two times a week here at the Hub, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Give us a call on 5825 1774 if you are interested. Everyone is welcome.
Just an update on the yoga classes provided by the lovely Jessica, we have suspended the Wednesday classes for now, but are still running the Saturday classes, except the times have changed to be 4.30 pm for the Slow Flow Yoga and 5.30 pm for the Strong Flow Yoga. No need to book, just turn up with your yoga mat.

New to sewing or simply want to hone your sewing skills? Our Thursday afternoon sewing is suitable for people of all abilities. For more information drop into the centre or give us a call.

Saturday Yoga Classes

The Community Centre is very pleased to welcome Yoga classes with the lovely Jessica Jacobi. Jessica has many qualifications and has been running yoga classes for the past 10 years.

We are very happy to have Jessica running her classes from the Community Centre, starting tomorrow (12/6) with a more gentle, beginners class at 2pm and a more experienced class at 4pm.

YOGA with Jessica
Suitable for people of all abilities, Tai Chi consists of gentle relaxing exercises that are easy to learn. The class runs every Wednesday at 2:15 and has many benefits such as reducing stress and improving balance.
SoCoMo is a fun, interactive social group run by MEAC for people under the NDIS scheme. The program runs from 12pm to 3pm on Wednesdays and is designed to help participants build social skills and improve their daily living capablities. New participants are always welcome. Afternoon tea is supplied.
Want to learn all this and more? Come along to Be Connected, a program designed specifically for over 50s. The program runs at MEAC each Wednesday at 9:30 am.
